"Tracey is a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom, and will be a force for everyone in Tallahassee. As a mother, attorney and community leader, she has a proven track record of leadership and understanding of the issues. As a former member of the state legislature, I am proud to endorse Tracey in her race for the State House of Representatives."
"Tracey is the kind of people-first leader we need more than ever. As a veteran journalist in our community, I covered countless stories of both hope and challenges in Central Florida. Tracey is well equipped for both, bringing positivity and determination to everything she tackles. Her warmth and strength will spark great progress in Tallahassee and here at home."
"Tracey has the grit and heart to fight for the people she represents. As a current State Senator and former State Representative, I know just how much perseverance this job requires. She leads with compassion and fights with tenacity. I know she will work tirelessly for everyone she represents."
We're excited to do everything we can to support the goals of Moms Demand Action. Tracey was galvanized to join Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America following the Parkland school shooting on February 14, 2018. For far too long, the gun lobby has dictated the national conversation about gun violence. We are facing a public health crisis—on average, 96 Americans are killed with guns every day—and it’s time to take action based on facts, not NRA rhetoric.
Tracey joined her fellow Orlando Moms Demand Action members at the Orange County Commissioners meeting on May 8, 2018 — where the outcome led to improved gun safety for Central Florida.
As Moms Demand Action founder Shannon Watts tweeted, "THEY DID IT!!!"
